Hi! My name is Dylan, and I’m one of the Co-Founders of Hearts&Homes. I’m passionate about making a difference and helping others by bringing people together through research, community leadership, and grassroots initiatives. My experiences leading youth-led nonprofits, volunteering, and organizing community projects have shown me how small actions can create a big impact, and they’ve strengthened my commitment to building programs that are inclusive, innovative, and meaningful. I’m excited to continue growing Hearts&Homes and supporting our community alongside this amazing team.

Hi! My name is Kariem, and I’m one of the Co-Founders of Hearts&Homes. I’m passionate about supporting others and creating opportunities that bring people together to make a positive impact. Through volunteering, leading local projects, and working directly with communities, I’ve learned how collaboration and compassion can spark real change. Hi! My name is Nish, and I’m the Brand and Media Lead at Hearts&Homes. I’m passionate about using creativity and storytelling to share our mission and connect with the community. Through my experiences in design, media, and communications, I’ve seen how powerful visuals and messaging can be in inspiring people to get involved.
